I attended The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, CA commonly known as FIDM, right out of high school. Although it took me longer than expected to complete my Interior Design program, I finally got my Degree in 2005. Since my early beginning, I've been very fortunate and have worked in various places getting experience in all aspect of interior design. Which range from painting furniture & accessories, kitchen & bath design, FF&E specifications for commercial projects and hotel design. Thus giving me extensive knowledge in the design industry with 10+ years of work experience. The knowledge I've taken out of every job I've held is irreplaceable, and have loved every single one of them.
I worked up until the beginning of 2009, and have since become a stay at home mom. When my husband and I welcomed the arrival of our first daughter Audrey. The experience was nothing short of miraculous, and soon after we welcomed the arrival of our second daughter Abby. Hence the name Audrey & Abby Interiors.
During the beginning of August 2011, Audrey & Abby Interiors was born, I started my business and took a leap of faith. I made this career choice after deciding that I wanted to raise and watch my two lovely girls. Soon after I decided to start this blog to chronicle my journey and my experiences.
