Did ya know!

The iconic townhome from one of my favorite movies "Breakfast at Tiffany's" went on the market this past December 09, 2011 for $5.85 million, this beautiful home is located on the upper east side in Manhattan, New York. 

Fell in love with Holly, played by "Audrey Hepburn" when I first saw this movie many moons away! Of course only the exterior of the building appears on the movie, all of the interior shots where done in a Hollywood movie set. But still completely in love with this place, the exterior of the building is amazingly dreamy. And lets not forget about the interior with its 15 foot wide, from wall to wall space. Although not very ample, who would denied living in this townhome, the upper apartment has three fireplaces and two bedrooms. The garden apartment has two fireplaces, two bedrooms, a solarium and a large backyard. Even though it is currently divided into two separate apartments, it is noted on the New York Times that it can easily be converted back into a single family home. Oh the possibilities, can you imagine living in this little gem!!!
